The customer must

contact the product’s place of purchase to organise a warranty return.

Any warranty claim must

be accompanied by proof of purchase and full details of the alleged defect.

Warranty returns will not be accepted

without an accompanying Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Due to unforeseen circumstances,

the RMA processing time will take longer than usual. Your understanding and support are much appreciated.
