Company Products Terms And Conditions

  1. This limited manufacture warranty does not cover: Products, if in First International Trading’s judgment, have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, negligence, misuse, faulty installation, lack of reasonable care, due to act of God, failures due to power surge, and cosmetic damage and if the model or serial number has been altered, tampered with, defaced or removed.
  2. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. Replacement of the product or a part does not extend or restart the warranty term.
  3. During the process of repair, some or all of your stored data may be lost. Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.

In regards to Billion & AVM products sold by PC Range P/L;

Manufacturer’s Warranty claim.
1. The customer must contact the product’s place of purchase to organise a warranty return.
2. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and full details of the alleged defect.
3. Warranty returns will not be accepted without an accompanying Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number.
